As an undergraduate research assistant I work under Prof. Kristen Menou on model fine-tuning in his AI Physics and Safety Lab. I work on LLM training using Meta-Llama-3-70B, Gemini and other open source LLMs to create a model to solve complex computational physics problems for physics research in academia. I’m currently a section leader and instructor as part of Stanford’s Code in Place initiative. I work with my section of 20 students to provide a comprehensive introduction to programming in Python modelled after CS106A: Programming Methodologies. We use libraries such as Tkinter and Karel to make GUIs and solve fun and interesting problems!

Selected amongst thousands of applicants to to represent the 2024 cohort of Uber Career Prep with just a 4% acceptance rate. In the fellowship I am paired up with a Software Engineer at Uber where we personalized coaching and mentoring. I also participated in montly workshops that further improve industry-related skills such as interviewing, data structure and algorithms, workplace etiquette.

💻 Web Developer @ CouBon

October 2023 - August 2024

CouBon is a pre-seeding startup backed by the UofT Hatchery and other incubators. We work with resturants around the Greater Toronto Area to provide exclusive coupons during off peak hours to increase demand for resutrants as they battle the rising costs of business. As a web developer I work primarily on the front-end designing and implementing the coupon dashboard where users can access, create and edit their coupons.
